Where is my order?/ When will I receive my tracking information?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location. which will include your order Tracking Number.

 

Can I Exchange or Return an Item?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, no. We process our orders pretty quickly. Once your order been placed we are unable to cancel.

 

Do my Glasses come with a case?

Yes! All full-priced sunnies over $35 come with a Hard Case and a soft pouch.

Any sale or specially-priced sunnies come with a soft pouch only.
