If your item was damaged/incorrect upon arrival please email orders@peaolive.com within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return-exchange of your item. All returns must be sent with a trackable shipping service or with shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost shipments for returns.
